Jacey Rogers
[owner + esthetician]
Meet the owner of Kreashenz Salon and Spa, Jacey Rogers! Jacey opened Kreashenz Salon and Spa in 2012 with the dream of owning one of the most well-known and loved salons in town. Knowing how competitive the industry was, she was determined to make Kreashenz a “one stop shop” that surpassed the traditional salon. Before Jacey started Kreashenz she never expected to have such a passion for esthetics and makeup. She says her favorite part of her job is, “educating clients on the skin, how it works, and how to keep their skin healthy.” She feels rewarded when people see real results and are excited about their new change.
Outside of work Jacey practically lives on the soccer field. With a daughter (9) and son (11) who love the game Jayce finds herself there every weekend and sometimes even between weddings! Jacey has a true passion and talent for her work but she admits she couldn’t have done it alone: “I wouldn’t have this amazing place without the people in it who work so hard here. It is a lot of work and sleepless nights aren’t uncommon, but it is an honor to have Kreashenz be mine and to see each person come in and love everything about it. I hope it will be around for a long, long time.”
Noelle Knoblauch-Snoots

Meet Noelle Knoblauch-Snoots! Noelle graduated cosmetology school in 2008 and has been a color specialist for 7 years. In 2015, Noelle began working at Kreashenz and immediately loved the down-to-earth atmosphere and personalities of her co-workers. She also loved the natural and organic properties that Kreashenz emphasizes. Noelle is an avid cruelty-free, vegan, plant-derived stylist and loves using and selling clean, safe products on and to her clients. Noelle specializes in color, color correction, wedding up-dos, formal styling, and working hand-in-hand with local photographers during a variety of photoshoots.
Noelle contributes her success to her passion for enhancing people’s natural beauty and excitement when clients express their joy at the work she'd done. She also emphasizes how important to her that her clients don’t just feel like her friends, but also like her family. Noelle plans for a bright future for her and her growing family. She hopes to continue learning in her profession and opening doors to new opportunities with the loving support of her friends, family, and Kreashenz. Noelle knows one thing about her future for sure, “I will always find myself behind the chair making the world beautiful.”
Beth Patrick
[Licensed Massage Therapist]

Meet Beth Patrick, LMBT 7927. Beth began practicing massage therapy in 2008 and feels very fortunate to have found her massage home at Kreashenz Salon + Spa. She says "Not only do I get to work in a beautiful Salon and Spa, I also have a great group of girls to work alongside. We are more like family than coworkers." Beth has worked with chiropractors, and Massage Envy (including the lead therapist) and often volunteers her services for local charities. She customizes each massage to fit the needs of her clients using a combination of warm towels, hot stones, aromatherapy, massage cupping, stretches, reiki massage, and pain relieving analgesics. She has training in reflexology, frozen shoulder, carpal tunnel, sciatica, migraines/headaches, oncology massage, geriatric and adolescent massage. Beth is also a Reiki 2 practitioner and uses her intuition to help her clients lead a more wholesome and pain-free life.

Kylie is a licensed Cosmetologist with 9+ years of extensive knowledge and experience in the Beauty industry. She has worked doing wedding hair & editorial styling, worked in salons, co-partnered & managed a laser skincare center in VA. Kylie strives for excellence in every service she performs and says, "No two services are ever the same, I customize and tailor to my client in my chair at that moment." Kylie decided to combine all of her skills & training together and continue on her journey in the Beauty field by providing her clients with modern, classy, "5-star service". She specializes in Balayage/Foilage, Fairy Hair Tinsel Extensions, Women &Men's Haircuts, Braiding & Wedding Styles.
Vanessa Plisga Osticco

Vanessa has been a stylist for 30 yrs. and still just as passionate about her work. She is originally from Pennsylvania and moved to Wilmington in 2002. She has taken many classes and seminars through the years and keeps up on classes currently to know and learn the newest techniques. At this time, she is accepting new clients and referrals.
